Tax Preparation
Forms 1040, 1065, 1120-S, 990 and more...I will take the time to meet you, whether in person or virtually, and ask questions, review documents, and learn about your specific tax circumstances. Prior to filing, I will review the results with you and answer any questions you might have. Paper and electronic copies of your returns are always available. Tax returns are filed electronically (secure IRS e-file) and direct deposit is available for refunds.

Bookkeeping
Accurate accounting records are vital for any business. A good reporting package will provide you with up-to-date information about your business and guide you in decision making. Further, clean accounting records make for an easy time in tax filing season! Together, we will decide what information is most important to you and how frequently you need it. Payroll
Payroll can be a nightmare to navigate on your own...tax withholdings, tax ID numbers, quarterly filings, W2s, and on and on...team up with me for a seamless payroll solution. For a flat monthly fee, you can manage payroll online and with ease. Each of your employees will have their own account where they can setup direct deposit. With shared access, I can login to your account and assist with questions or issues, if necessary. Quarterly and annual filings (including W2s) are automatically filed, so you don't need to stress at year-end!
